According to a study done by the Sudikoff Family Institute for Education &
New Media, in combination with the UCLA Graduate School of Education &
Information Studies found girls that attend private girls high schools
perform higher than girls attending coed schools. The study concluded
that girls attending private single sex schools out scored other females
attending coed schools on the SAT test.

This study showed that no matter what type of background the girls came
from their attendance at an all girl school has raised their testing
scores over that of females at coed schools even when accounting for the
socioeconomic backgrounds of the women.

The study also showed that females attending an all girl’s school were
less likely to participate in athletics, and the study also found they
spend more time partying during their senior year than girls at coed
schools. This is a concern to the National Coalition of Girls Schools that
in at least the last year of school girls that are not a part of the
coeducational system tends to party more frequently than their
counterparts. By the way, if you are searching for some quality
ADHD boarding schools or perhaps some good Behavior problems
boarding schoolsand also Emotional growth boarding schools then
may I suggest St. Pauls Acedemy, they are among the best in this regard.

This study is based on surveys from over 20,000 female students that
attended private school, which showed the difference in the comprehension
level of female students compared with that of female students that are
attending public or coed schools.
